The Atlantic Northeast region is second behind the Pacific region in terms of talent, but only this 5 mens interest the Ballers scout.

Colton Battie|Pos:PG|HT:6'0|WT:206|Age:20|

Strengths: Passing,Mid-range shooting,Stamina,Defensive Awareness
Weaknesses: Offensive and Defensive rebounding, Blocking
Insight: Perhaps the most NBA-ready in the draft. A real leader in the court, he reminds me of Chauncey Billups although he got to work on his toughness and inside scoring to be successful in the league.

Projected: Top 5

Keenan Allen|Pos:SF|HT:6'6|WT:232|Age:22|

Strengths: Inside Scoring,Quickness,Toughness,Def Awareness
Weaknesses: Ball handling, Freethrows, Blocking
Insight: He got a lot of post moves for his size, he can easily out run his opponent for an easy basket. But for a guy who frequently gets in the freethrow line he needs a lot of practice hitting those shots. Also he often looses the ball when dribbling.

Isaac Ribeiro|Pos:C|HT:7'1|WT:275|Age:21|

Strengths: Blocking,Strength,Rebounding
Weaknesses: Freethrows,Vertical,Offensive Awareness
Insight: He might bring back the finger wagging in the NBA, a player who is alike with Dikembe Mutombo this guy really knows how to block a shot. He might want to work on his offensive moves but he can easily create offense by his defense.
Projected: Top 10

Hakeem Anderson|Pos:PG|HT:5'11|WT:195|Age:23|

Strengths: Quickness,Stealing, Speed
Weaknesses: Blocking, Strength
Insight: A kid with very fast hands, another one who is not a scorer but a very good defender. Much like Rajon Rondo but his work ethic is sometimes questioned.
Projected: Top 15

Matthew Vincentt|Pos:PF|HT:6'9|WT:228|Age:23|

Strengths: Offensive Awareness,Rebounding,Inside Scoring
Weaknesses: Quickness, Stealing
Insight: A typical inside powerforward, the thing for this guy is he outworks his opponents in the glass. He always dives for loose ball but he is also an injury prone guy.
Projected: Top 15

Really liking this still, especially the acquisition of the Kandi Man!

Brooklyn (AP) -- They never had a chance. When Lebron James scored 30 in the first half, the Brooklyn Ballers looked like they have no plans of fighting back.

"When he [James] have a game like that he is impossible to stop, their a good team and everybody knew that."Patrick Ewing said. James scored 30 of his 45 points in the first half, in the second half he decided to look for his teammates. Shaquille Oneal was a monster inside, he totally dominated the paint. The Ballers just can't do anything to win this game.

"We had a bad game, don't tell us that we didn't fight back. We did what we can do." Stephon Marbury said. Marbury played the whole game trying to push his team but he couldn't do it alone. He might have a little help from Morris Almond but that won't be enough.

Milwaukee (AP) -- Brandon Jennings had a big 3rd quarter and the rest is history. After scoring just 5 points in the 1st half, Jennings gets hot in the 3rd as he scored 20 points for the Bucks to get the easy win.

"He is a dangerous scorer, but I personally think that even if he doesn't score 30 plus we can easily win this." Michael Redd said. Redd led the Bucks early in the 1st quarter which he scored 7 points. His all around effort was also a key to their win.

"It wasn't those two who hurt us the most, the team really did not play well tonight. I think we could have bounce in the 2nd half but instead we play poorly" Patrick Ewing said. The Brooklyn Ballers only scored a combine of 32 points in the second half. Stephon Marbury who is the leader of this team did not give any comments about this game.

Brooklyn (AP) -- The Brooklyn Ballers couldn't continue their hot start in the first quarter as they went on to lose their 6th straight game. The Ballers was outscored in the last 3 quarters of the game.

"There was nothing wrong with our offense, it's our defense that needs some improvement." Almond said. Morris Almond was the leader of his team with his 28 points while Stephon Marbury getsa double-double performance.

Brandoy Roy, Lamarcus Aldridge and Andre Miller totally dominated the game. Roy had his game high 31 points while Aldridge finished with a double-double. But Miller was the star of the night as his all around effort get him the POTG.

Chapter 3

“Since acquiring Rush, Kinsey and Olowokandi the Ballers seems to be a lot better and playing some good basketball. What can you say about those three guys?” the reporter asked Julian Martin.

“Well I’m pretty amazed by Kinsey, he is a good back-up for Marbury, Kandi still shows that he can play and Rush seem to be in a struggle but still he is a good player.” Julian answered

That interview was before the Ballers played against the Cavaliers, they were really beaten badly. There were also blowouts against the Bucks and the Trailblazers. Now the Ballers are on a losing streak and all the blame was on Julian.

“I know were on the losing streak but what do you expect on a bunch of crappy players? You were the one who waived Lopez and Harris.” Julian said.

“So you’re blaming me? You should thank me for giving you this chance, you better make a move or else.” Jay-Z said.

“This is bullshit!” Julian said. The closeness that two have before was instantly disappearing because of a losing streak. Julian decided to shoot some hoops to cool off. But somebody else was in the gym.

“How about a little pickup game Will?” Julian said
Conroy turned around, without hesitation he passes the ball to Julian. “If I win you better tell coach to give me some playing time.” Conroy said.

“Well if you’re going to win.” Julian answered. Julian started to dribble he starts with a fake to the left but Conroy knows it’s a fake. Julian now tries to out run Conroy but the ball was easily stole.

“Well I was not a very good dribbler.” Julian said as he gets ready for defense. Conroy was toying with Julian with all of his fancy dribbles, sometimes Julian losses his balance but Conroy did not attack the basket. Julian was pissed he know that Conroy is not playing with him seriously, Conroy tries for the spin move and he effortlessly pass Julian. He was going for an easy lay-up but to his surprise his shot was got blocked behind by Julian.

Both players look at each other Julian was going to pick up the ball, he doesn’t want to lose to Conroy but his phone suddenly rings. He answered the call. The conversation took a while; Julian smiled after the call and went to Conroy.

“Looks like you’re going to have your playing time Will.” Julian said.

“What do you mean sir?” Conroy asked

Julian picks up the ball and goes to the 3 point line, facing the opposite of the basket he throws the ball to the ring and it went in. Nothing but net, he turns around with a smirk on his face. “Let’s just say that I got the answer for my problem, so do you still want to play?” Julian said.

Golden State (AP) -- It was suppose to be Kyle Korver night but when Brian Cook dominated the game all eyes was on him. "Well we got the win right? That's more important." Cook said.

Cook had a game high 27 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Korver only had 11 points but 7 of them come from the second quarter. "I think Brian will not have a nice game if it weren't for my outside shooting, the defense was more focus on me than him." Korver said.

Stephen Curry led his Warriors with his 22 points. "They shouldn't make a big fuss out of it, no offense to my teammates but we are also composed of D-League players.

With this win the Ballers stopped their 10 game losing streak.
