I have made up my decision

Chapter 1

After announcing the team roster, Julian Martin received a call from Jay-Z.

“Yo Julian, what’s up with the players you just signed? You sure they can compete in the NBA level?” “No worries man, it’s just all part of a plan building a new franchise. You do want your team have their own identity right?” Julian said. “Well…” “Good, were on the right track then. Got to leave man.” Julian said then hanging up the phone.

As Julian was about to get out of the office he saw one of his players standing by the hall way. It was Stephon Marbury.

“What are you doing here Stephon?” Julian asked as he was about to approach his player. “I’m just waiting for you sir.” Stephon answered. Julian was puzzled, why would this player want to talk to him. “Sir, I know I agree to play with this new team to resurrect my career but with this kind of player I just don’t know sir.” Stephon said. Upon hearing this Julian made a big laugh. “Sorry about the laugh Stephon, I just can’t understand why a player who is a lot older than me can’t understand his situation.” Julian said.

“Excuse me?” Stephon was confused. “Well if you look at the line-up, you’re the only one who can really carry the team. If the team succeeds it’s because of you.” Julian said. “What about if the team don’t succeed?” Stephon asked. “Well the blames on me for not putting up great players. Enough of this foolish talk.” Julian said as he waves goodbye to Marbury.

After three days.

Julian Martin was on the stage with the rest of the team as they will about to unveil the team’s name.

“Before I tell the team’s name, I would like to thank the whole supporters on this team. Without your supports and suggestions we would have not come to this.” Julian said.

“So without farther to do, I give you the Brooklyn Ballers. The team will used the Nets previous color.” Everyone is clapping their hands. Julian felt that this team would be love by this city.

“And the captain of this team none other than Stephon Marbury.” Julian was waiting for cheers but to his surprised only a few people clap their hands some of them are even booing.

“The team would be ruined if his going to lead the team.” Some fan shouted. After that all that can be heard is the sounds of fans disappointed about the decision. The staff quickly ended the conference and did not accept questions about the media.

Julian was rush to his office and lock up the doors. “Whew, this is one good start.” Julian said to himself. Julian thinks that somehow he got to think of something for the fans to be happy. "A new coach would be a good start." Julian said.

Noel and Marbury should leave the team.

Wanted Team Logo

Okay I have some doubts about having an NLSC player in the dynasty but there is no other choice. The contest will be a logo making for the Brooklyn Ballers. I will choose 3 logos the top 3 will be automatically be added from the draft. The colors are the same as the New Jersey Nets.

Brooklyn (AP)- The Brooklyn Ballers show to the NBA world today their first NBA jersey. Adopting the same color as the Nets they released an away and home jerseys.

Ewing leads the Ballers Staff



Brooklyn (AP)- The Brooklyn Ballers team is officially complete with the announcement of the team staff. The staff are somehow have the international taste to it.

The scout of the team is the Russian/Italian Radoslav Brito, the team trainer is the Brazilian Victor Clavo, the assistant is another Italian Santino Montero and the assistant headcoach is the African/American Latif Ahmed.

The guy who is going to lead this staff is the former player of the New York Knicks, Patrick Ewing. This will be his very first job as a headcoach of the team. "I am very pleased to coach this new franchise, I would like to thank the Ballers association for giving me this opportunity." The former Knicks allstar said.

Many thought that this was only a plan by GM Julian Martin to give the fans something to cheer about after he was booed for assigning Stephon Marbury as the team captain.
