I think the fans should be allowed to vote in the participants for the slam dunk.

Fuckin.. Vince isnt allowed becuase of his age, thats ridiculous :evil:

What a stupid rule. If you can dunk you can dunk simple as that. Lets hope they don't do any crap like that with the 3 point comp.

He's a dunker Davis received the official nod yesterday that he will be a participant in the slam-dunk contest over All-Star weekend. Originally, the league wanted to limit the contestants to players with three years experience or less. That ruled out Davis. But there was a reconsideration and now Davis will be in the field. "I think I've been wanting to be in that thing for the last three years," he said. "I really wanted it last year, and the year before that. I'll get revenge."

I've been to the NBL All Star Game if that counts! Anyways one year (probably around 93) the winner of the dunk comp was a fella by the name of Brett Rainbow who would have averaged about 2 minutes a game but I shit you not would not have been out of his depth in the NBA dunk comp. I'm not biased here at all either because he played for the hated Tigers. Best thing about him was his blond mullet!
