Hey a Clippers fan, my long search has been answered. Looking for another one, still looking Image,

Exaclty, lol that is more reasonable, I mean Brand is a beast, and him and Maggette still only take 13.2 and 13.5 shots per game. Getting to the line and also making your attempts is always a great thing.

20.1 ppg, 12.0 rpg, 3.6apg, 2.2bpg is pretty impressive, I think he coulda beat out Brad Miller maybe, but again Brand isn't winning, and he has a talented team. I mean Maggette, Q-Rich, Wilcox and even Jaric (who has started playing better), aren't bad players.

I don't care! I'd rather watch Kidd throw oops to Bron, and Bron throw out MAD ASSISTS and such.

ESPN.com says LeBron got his ass SNUBBED.

The People on NIKETALK thinks he Deserves a spot on the East...

I am not good on Basketball Stats...I am only 13 Years Old...I suck at talking about Stats...Which is why I don't conversate that much on here about Stats and such.

All I am doing is Stating an Opinion.

If you people would like to see Michael "Dork" Redd then thats fine with me.

Lebron had 7,000 votes or so...he was the 4th in EAST GAUARDS but they SCREWED his ass! WHAT THE FUCK! THATS DISAPPOINTMENT I FUCKING SWEAR.

People think Michael Redd is a Exciting...BULLSHIT!

Michael Redd is a SHITBAG!

He is stupid! He ain't "EXCITING" he is a BORING ass dork!

THEY NEED TO PUT LEBRON IN FOR REDD DAMMIT!!!!!!! THIS IS SHIT! SHIT I TELL YOU SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT

Damn, are you a Heidi clone??

^^^^^^^^hahahah, theres always somebody that gets snubbed
good thing Cassell made it, my pick for PG of the year!!!!!!
M Redd had that sick ass crossover and drive + score for the game a few weeks back, thats enough for him to make it in my mind
it'd be cool to see Brand in their, his stats are real good, and i thought All-Star game had nothing to do with winning games???

too bad Billups didn't make it :(

yay, no lebron, no melo. Sam I Am finally made it and AI is a starter, seems like the perfect all star game to me. but i still think they should have invited Kyle Korver to the 3pt shootout...

Ray Allen!!!
why is he there?
hes barely played all year
yer i mean hes a good and all, but how can ya play 10 games or so and make the team, compared to a guy who say has played the whole season like Latrell Sprewell?? hes had a good year.
maybe Corey Maggette someone who has played well all season.
oh well!

and i would chose Zach Randolph over Kirilenko, AK is good and will get better, but theres not much better than a guy averaging 21 and 12 numbers.

i think AK47 got on cos of the way he's led the Jazz + his incredible all-round stats    Randolph stats, although are All-Star worthy, and he should be there, didn't make it probly cos his team has talent and Jazz have practically none

agreed bout Ray Allen

Almost every team has at least one player of all-star caliber or potential to be one... even the worst ones in the standings. So, if you have just 12 spots for each conference, obviously someone will get snubbed...
I think Marbury is a great player but he recently came to the East where there are already some great PG's with good reputation and solid stats... (If he was a center, maybe he could make it to the team ... :D )

Almost everyone is talking about LeBron, but did you vote for him? Well, if you didn't, don't blame it on the coaches... He will make many ASG's in the future but right now there are other players deserving more a spot in the roster. The coaches think about wins, stats and overall game. They vote for recognizing some players work... not just for the entertainment of the fans.

I have to say that they've done a good job. OK, Ray Allen played just 22 games (not 10 like someone said) so far but is more than enough to show that he's doing a great job, playing an all around game. In past ASG fans voted for players that almost didn't have played (Grant Hill, Vince Carter, etc...)

Elton Brand didn't deserve to be on the all-star team until Ray Allen made it..
If Ray made it... Brand should have made it.. simple as that..

Well.. this is Brad's best season.. they should just let him make it for the heck of it.. Finley should have been in for Allen...
Cuz of the games played..

If you look you'll see that the players picked were all on winning teams except Ray Allen and Pierce, and Pierce and Allen were basically on the next teams closest to be winning.

Note: New York is ahead of Boston, but they didn't have a forward to beat Pierce, Marbury would be picked as a guard.

Also compared to what was expected of their teams, Ray, Redd and Kirelenko have really shown a lot.

Pre-Season Rankings, look at the 3 predicted last teams, hmm I know some players picked from those teams.

i still think Brand better....i'd take out Francis and cuz i'm not a fan of his game...too much turnover imo...and i know Nash didn't have a great season but i'd still like it if he play at the all star game

for the east i'd take Marbury and i'd throw out T-Mac cuz he's injured right now

To add to the former point

But as Heat guard Eddie Jones said in the locker room before the game, winning always trumps statistics.

"You're not supposed to be an All-Star if you're on a team that's not .500," Jones said. "[Odom's] numbers are there. And if you wipe away those first seven games of the year [0-7 Heat start], yeah, he deserves it. I remember Sam Cassell playing here for the Nets, and he had great numbers, but he never made [the All-Star game]. This year, he's on a winning team, and he made it. It's all about winning."

In Melo's case

Denver teammate Earl Boykins isn't all that outraged about rookie Carmelo Anthony not making the Western Conference All-Star team as a reserve.

``You look at the guys who are on the team and you can't argue with them,'' Boykins said. ``Carmelo will be an All-Star plenty of times.''

Earlier this season, Warriors Coach Eric Musselman said he thought Anthony was an All-Star. Musselman was a lot more coy when asked to update his opinion, although other sources on the team said he voted for Utah forward Andrei Kirilenko.

But the Clippers aren't winning and Brand pointed to their record as the reason why he won't be playing in Los Angeles. "I understand," Brand said. "If we had a winning record, I might have made it. I definitely understand that. If I was a coach, I'd vote the same way. You reward winning. I know I can kick Brad Miller's butt anytime -- he's a good friend, I'm just kidding -- but it's not about that. It's about winning."

Trail Blazers forward Zach Randolph is a front-runner for Most Improved Player. He's averaging 21.5 points and 11 rebounds after averaging 8.4 points and 4.5 rebounds last season. Insiders say he was left off the Western Conference All-Star team because of his off-court problems with the law and his well-publicized fights with teammates in Portland.

"I think that's unfair because he should be judged more for what he's doing on the court,'' said Bulls forward Scottie Pippen, a teammate of Randolph's last season.

"Randolph really has made a lot of progress as a player and a person.''

Not that this is getting out of hand but: Portland's Randolph had one of the stronger cases but played with one of the worst teams and wasn't selected.

"People are talking about Carmelo and LeBron being snubbed, but I think I got the worst of it all," Randolph said. "But I'm happy for everybody who made it. It is just motivation for me for the future. I will just try to make it next year."

Then there were the classy guys, always in short supply but present nonetheless. The Clippers' Brand and the Sacramento Kings' Mike Bibby were disappointed but so gracious, they wouldn't even admit to it….

PS: Anyone see Andre Miller block Dirk ahhh......that was nice.
