I played soccer, I started playing baketball in gr 10, never played before in my life and I was 5'9 then and could just dunk (thats why I made the team, then I learnt to shoot and was unstopabble till I injured my knee), never did any of the workout programs or calf raises or whatever. But I have beast calfs at least thats what everyone says, they kinda bulge out of my legs so I'm guessing thats why. I'm 5'10 and a half now and I can dunk with ease.

Calf Raises, jump rope, run, ride a bike I guess. Also run with ankle weights and play basketball with ankle weights (if you can), that should help.

i did air alert 2 so i did the calf rasises and thruist ups <-- are bad for your knees.

Soccer players usually have huge legs due to all the running and kicking.
im 15 and 6'9 i play on my schools senior team. i can jame and everything
its just a matter of getting stronger legs to get up in the air for boards and tip backs faster

It's a workout program that let you jump higher and run faster.

Its a Jump Program, really good, well i did Air Alert 3 which is lighter cos i didnt want to stuff up my track running....

Go here great site for jump programs, i would recomend doing programs because you gain much more, also its eaiser to stay on track. Just plain running or any exercise will blow up ur calves a little, but if you do weights it will happen faster.

Hope it helps, im just about to start training tonight for the upcoming season, its middle of summer here. BTW try not to do as hard a schedule during your season cos it tires you quite a bit, i thought it hadnt worked cos i had no hops during some games when i was training.

P.S. i'm jst below 6'0" and have dunked once or twice and i have never been a good jumper till i started training.
