How you procrastinate

So..how do you guys procrastinate when there's shit you should be doing but you just dont feel like it at this moment?
Here's my list. All but one of which i did today while i as supposed to be reviewing websites...
Netflix/TV Shows....dangerous combo having an external HD and Netflix. Its been my method today
video games especially rpgs: i lose hours of my life on those without realizing it
constantly getting up to get either a drink or food
Checking the NLSC for updates
Facebook/stalkernet

I download TV shows en masse, so I'll just watch a few of them at a time if I want to put things off (which seems to be increasing in regularity as of late). My list would probably be...

NBA 2K10 Association stuff
TV shows
Sleeping
RealGM
Weights

Aside from work that is pretty much all I do on week days.

Check out the latest in the Forum, post
Go for a Wiki walk on TV Tropes
DVDs
Check out the latest new additions on Snopes
Surveys (as they come in via email)

I'd also count those as activities I do when I need to take a break from whatever I'm doing, though they may last a little longer than anticipated and that's when they become methods of procrastination.

- video games (right now, Mass Effect and 2k10)
- watch shows (Seinfeld, Burn Notice, Heroes right now)
