Rookie Carl Cruz needs to learn how to play defense

New York - The Minnesota Timberwolves snapped their 2 games losing streak against the New York Knicks 106 - 96. Al Jefferson lead the way with his 26 points in 12 for 15 shooting. Jefferson also grabbed 11 rebounds and 3 blockshots, it's his 4th double-double in 6 games.

"It's a nice win for us, obviously we struggled in our last 2 road games we needed this win." Kurt Rambis said. This is the 3rd road game for the Wolves and still have two more road games against Philadelphia and Indiana.

Tayshaun Prince added 19 points while John Wall continues his struggles on the road he finished 13 points in 5 for 13 shooting. David Lee was the man for the Knicks, he posted 24 points and 11 rebounds. Chris Duhon managed to get 10 assists but he committed 11 turnovers.

It's the real season man,your playing time will come hopefully but for this time D'Antoni likes to play it big with Curry,Lee,Harrington.

Redd and Brezhnev lead the Bucks in a blowout win

Minnesota AP - Coach Scott Skiles could not be much happier for his team, the Milwaukee Bucks have played nice defense on their way to a 31 point win against the Minnesota Timberwolves 127 - 96.

Michael Redd scores 25 points and dishes 9 assists but his remarkable play was outshined by the no.2 pick Lev Brezhnev. Brezhnev finished the game with 25 points and 12 rebounds he also managed to get 2 blocks and 2 steals.

"He's a great kid" Redd pertaining to Brezhnev. "He got nice future in this league as long as he works hard and stay out of foul trouble." Brezhnev might play nice but he had fouled out 4 times in his 11 games played.

Travis Outlaw lead the Wolves with 23 points. Al Jefferson finished with 10 points while rookie John Wall struggles the whole game, he finished with 8 points and also got 4 fouls. It's the first time he did not score in double figures.
