So when did the Knicks pickup Sundov?

Was listening to the game tonight and in gar-bage time, as the Knicks pwned the Celts (mwuahahahaha), they put in the scrubs and in comes Sundov. When did they get him and what's his story? How's he any better than Slavko Vranes? (7'4" draft pick, cut by the Knicks when Isaiah first came on the scene, IIRC)

I never heard of him either, but..
Knicks January 22: Placed forward Mike Sweetney on the injured list; signed center Bruno Sundov to a 10-day contract.

Thomas might of seen more potential in this guy than Vranes.

I was very excited about this year's draft class for the Knicks... it's a shame to see it turn-out so blah at this point. OTOH, Lampe helped seal the deal for Steph. I hope this Sundov guy can provide some quality rest for the starters. At least he tall (how fast did the Knicks get big, no?)

I was excited too...at the draft, the Knicks fans was chanting to draft Lampe and Layden did it..then to pick up Slavko Vranes really put the icing on the cake since he is pretty big and at the time the Knicks seriously needed a big man...I just hope that Sweetney turns into something instead of anther trade bait.

Sundov is not getting reconsidered after his 10 day anyway, which was over yesterday or sometime lately.
