No. May be you can convert ize's rookie pack for 2003. There are Hansbrough, Griffin bros, Pendergraph, Budinger, Rubio etc., there are also white players (pdcasiol said I cant), if you can convert without .o files, you'll have all the draft class (Preldzic, Claver)

The tutorial of downloading IZE's NBA Live 2003 draft class CF patch's Tyreke Evans.
1. Go out from NBA Live 2004 to NBA Live 95-2004 thread.
2. Select NBA Live 2003 thread.
3. Find the "full class released" thread.
4. There are some links for draft class. Click one of them.
5. Download the pack.
6. Install the patch to anywhere.
7. Pick TYEVANS folder.
8. Copy the tyevans.fsh to xxx/NBA LIVE 2004/render/xplayer/tyevans
9. Create Tyreke Evans.
10. Run DB Commander 2000.
11. Open xxx/NBA LIVE 2004/saves/(roster you create Tyreke Evans)/players.dbf
12. Find Tyreke Evans column.
13. Change True to False on column ISCREATED.
14. Fill the ID and PLYRPKG with Tyreke Evans.
15. Save it.
16. Close DB Commander 2000.
17. Run NBA Live 2004.
18. Load the roster.
19. Find the Tyreke Evans.
20. You'll see the CF.
21. Enjoy!
