Coach - Terry Porter (similar to Doc Rivers when he got the no-name Magic players to the playoffs)

Fantasy Find - Dampier, I knew Randolph was gonne be good so he wasn't a find for me
Offseason acquisition - This on was so hard, I picked Andre Miller b/c all the other guys went to teams that were already good and made them better, but he went to a bad team and helped them be good.
