which drills in DYnasty/ACADEMY improve outside shooting???

I know 1 on 1 defense improves athleticism not sure what else does, but outside shooting? Who knows how i improve that?

I'm not 100% sure on this but I think the fast break offense drill might have some influence on it, since you can finish with a three pointer if you so choose. I have a feeling drills like that affect offensive ratings in general.

im in my third year in the dynasty and i have upgraded the coaches and levels of drills. I worked out everyone in everything offensive and i got only ath, ins and twrk to go up never OUT............wtf is this weird shit? I gotta get channing frye, beasley, morrow and some of my other guys to shoot better, but i can't.

I think Dynasty Mode needs quite a few upgrades, hopefully that'll happen in NBA Live 11. Gameplay was improved by leaps and bounds this year, so I feel next year should be about the modes and features.

ok, so noone still knows how to improve shooting by training in the academy? DID they just overlook it or what?

I'm sure I've had players improve in outside shooting as a result of the Academy drills. I'll take another look.

After much fiddling around, I'm getting the same results as you so I have to conclude that none of the drills actually improve outside shooting in NBA Live 10. Dynasty Mode certainly isn't up to par this year.

yeah i was afraid of that.....it seems that the only way is during year to year progressions and change in DNA. For instance i had channing frye shooting a lot of mid range shots and in his 2nd and 3rd year he was money on the pick and pop or spot ups from 18 to 20.

too band for the training,t hough. looks like they just forgot.

I'd say so. Here's hoping NBA Live 11 overhauls the game modes, since NBA Live 10 was about the gameplay.
