CLippers and Lakers' jerseys!

There are flaws on the lakers' though:
1) the letters of their names are still purple! i dont know how to change it!
help me!!

2) the flap thing on the back of their jerseys is messed

-featured in the screenshots are Unoquepasa's Melo, Lebron, Fernandez Santiago's Steve Nash and D3vilm4n's Dirk....go get them if you havnt already

-Nugget's home jersey's got some alignment problems, fixing asap :cool:

Nice

but caution with the textures (specially light/white colours) in order to avoid very dark tones when your convert jerseys from Live 2003/2004 to Live 2000.
By the way, when you play at home use white socks, but if you play on the road, change the sock's colour to black editing the player's appearance
with Toolkit (if your team use this colour on the road, i.e, Cavs, Memphis, San Antonio, Philly...).
Personally, i've created a folder with different player's home/guest appearance. In that folder i have home/guest shoes, headbands,armsbands or different hair looks (hairy, bald, afro, cornrows...) to change with my EAGraphics editor before the games.
Five minutes of easy work (for this i include in my patches home/guest versions, of course :wink:

) to get a more realistic game... :wink:

but you know, it seems like i spend more time patching than actually playing the game! :oops:

so, the socks colour and stuff, i'm not really going to worry about

but do you change all the graphics (home/guest) everytime you play? :shock:

? I wish there are some automatic settings

hey...also... do you know (or anyone else?) how to change the colour of the players names with blotch?
i found fields in the teams.dbf called
TXTCOLORR, TXTCOLORG, TXTCOLORB that i think with change the text's colours, but how do i use it with blotch so i can do it with a .bat file? blotch dont seem to have a command with it

also, have anyone experimented with custom jerseys? like, import a ljer/jer/lsho/shor into the player updates fshes....
i tried it but it crashes the game in "edit player", anyone know how to stop that? and that jersey will show up in BOTH one on one and exibition games, but I want it to be more like nba live 03, where custom jerseys only show up in practice/one on one

blah....i was so bored and i needed a break from converting jerseys... so i made these :oops:

i havnt even went shopping yet :doh:

they were kinda inspired by Tony's fe patch for live 03, but i couldnt make it as well as him...and :lame:

Hey; You have alot of nice ideas, and most of it looks real good. I am feeling that Lebron/Melo with TiMVP in the background.

Go ahead and release the Yao Ming, the more choices people have the better. Just make sure credit is given on anything that you ever re-do.

Yeah, but with Toolkit, my personalized folder and the EaGraphics editor i don't need more than four or five minute (or less) to make the full home/guest update.

the purple names were the colours of the old jersey....when live00 came out.... so its the default
since their purple stuff is now blue..... i just wanted to know how to use blotch00 to change the fields in the dbf that changes that colour....

guess i can just include a readme teaching how to do it manually...

hey fix the part in your jersey fsh files called !fnt....if you notice for the home part that is a purple square...use the palette editor or something to change it to the desired blue for the llhom.fsh file

What would be cool too see in future versions of live is jerseys actually free flowing. IN other words, jerseys that actually move like jerseys and not like they've been soaked in bleach and ironed on.

anyways i've fixed the clippers and lakers colours.. the clipper's were too dark and the lakers not purple/gold enough....
