Dikembe Mutombo seemed to be really determined against the Nets today... 10 blocks :scold: to go with only 4 points and 5 boards. The Mutombo of old probably would have had a triple double, but 10 blocks is impressive none the less!!

McDyess finally had a descent game too with 14 and 11, but the Knicks lost by 10. Honourable mention: Moochie Norris withi 9 assists.

Keith Van Horn has been playing well in the last few games...

Nice game from Mutombo but prolly he's putting tons ice on his arms.
NY fans can only hope that Mutombo's arms won't fall of next time he blocks a shot :P

Good game for Mutombo with the 10 blocks..
I jus wished he grabbed 6 more offensive rebound and put them back in so he would have 16 points, 11 rebounds, 10 blocks ( triple double!) and most importantly, Knicks win by 2
Oh well, Jason Kidd took over he game in the 4th quarter and totally just destroyed the Knicks.

Yeah, spectacular game from Kidd, 35 pts (11/27 FG), 8 boards, 13 assists. Kittles had 20 and 7 boards, Jefferson 15 and K-Mart 13 and 8 boards (averaging nearly 18 and 10 for the season - will he get a max deal?)

Lol the mutumbo finger wave. Remember Mike when he finally got mutumbo in the 97 playoffs?
"Michael waves the finger but he finally got that dunk on mount mutumbo"
Imagine if yao ming starts a similar craze: Bowing his head in the direction of whoever he just blocked at the front of the rim! If steve irwin can feed a crocodile with his baby in his arms, surely yao can do this! :proud:

hehehe, are you gunning for the next review thread of the NLSC? :D Good post, I love the idea of Ming bowing after each block (y) It could be dangerous though... remember "Bobby Despatovski" the soccer player in the Aussie league? He made that serb sign with his three fingers after scoring, and now he doesn't travel to Melbourne whenever his team plays the Melbourne Knighs (croatian club) because they wanna kill him
