How to view FSH files quicker (like normal pics) + DCT files

Hi

I'm looking into some files from NBA Live 99 in EA Graphics Editor


However, its very slow, I need 2-3 clicks per file just to see what it is. Is there some sort of quicker viewer for those kinds of files, something like regular picture viewer that supports NBA Live type of files and I can just scroll through directories and see what's what right away, just like I do when going through regular image folder?

Also, I see that in "movies" folders, all files are "DCT" type. How could I extract them lossless to avi?

Not as far as I'm aware, most of those utilities require a couple of clicks at least while the .fsh files are within the .vivs.
