#4 makes no sense to me? Whats the name of the file I should be looking for? This is all new to guys. Please help me. Alex's patch is soooooooo good.

About the shoes: I don't know what's the matter with ur PCs? Have u installed the game complete? That means, NOT the typical installation! Otherwise, make sure u have turned customart from 0 to 1...
