What about Tyson Chandler? It'll probably take another couple of players in the deal to balance salaries on both sides but his defensive abilities should be suitable and depending on how often you're dumping it inside to Shaq, he could pick up enough of the scoring load with Amar'e and a couple of your other key players picking up the rest.

Found a trade for Shaq.
Traded Shaq (83) and Bobby Brown (58) to Cleveland for Z. Ilgauskis (75), A. Pavlovic (67) and JJ Hickson (67).
then traded A. Pavlovic and A. Parrish (59) and 1st round pick to Memphis for SG/SF Stanley Lovell (Gen. Rookie (61)), Greg Buckner (60) and 1st Round pick.
The team now looks like this:
C: Ilgauskis, Lopez, Jawai
PF: Stoudemire, Diaw, Hickson, Amundson
SF: Hill, Moon, Lovell
SG: Barbosa, Tucker, Buckner
PG: Nash, Dragic
I know the trade looks like a downgrade, but Z scores more and rebounds more for me, much better player in the game imo.
