Add alternate uniform to team

Anyone know how to add a serd uni to a team that doesn't already have one? I installed a serd for the Knicks and it doesn't show in-game. I'd appreciate some help!

serd: Alternate Jersey
clXX: Classic Jersey
prXX: Practice Jersey
YEAR: Year the jersey is from (eg 2002-03, 1990-91 etc)
ACCCOLOR: Accessory colour. - Refer to Chart
AUTOCOLOR: Accessory colour for "Automatic" setting. - Refer to Chart
SHOE: Team's shoes.
SOCKCOLOR: Team's sock colour.
NECKTYPE: Style of the jersey's neck.
0: Round Neck
1: V-Neck 1 (eg Hornets 2003-2004)
2: V-Neck 2 (eg Mavericks 2003-2004)
3: V-Neck 3 (eg Sixers 2003-2004)
4: V-Neck 4 (eg Nuggets 2003-2004)

NAMETYPE: The way the player's name is displayed on the jersey
0: Name arched over number
1: Name horizontal over number
ISUNLOCKED: Jersey is unlocked from the NBA Store.
