97-87 Win against Milwuakee...

Jamal Crawford 30-8-8!
Kirk Hinrich has been good, cut down on the turnovers. None tonight, with 8 assists, though he was only 2-10 from the floor.
Curry dropped 22 but rebounded again like my sister.
THE NEW BOYS: Jerome Williams had 13, 10, and 4 steals. YAY :) Davis had 11 and 5. Good first game for both!

Hopefully this is the turn around. Congrats coach Skiles!

(I'm so happy I added JC to my fantasy team last night :D)

Great to see the Bulls break the losing streak. Hopefully they can start winning a few, though I'm still skeptical about this trade. Also, give respect where respect is due; play Pip more than 12 minutes, and let him start!

pip is not 100% due to that elbow he got in the eye during the circus trip and his knee is ailing...

what a great game! haven't seen this much energy on both sides of the ball in quite a while. davis and jyd played big roles in this win. they definitely did what they were brought in for: defense, energy, rebounding, and provide some veteran leadership. the defensive job the bulls did was the most important thing in the bulls victory, not the offense. i think jyd will quickly become a fan favorite.

offensively, it looks like the bulls have finally dropped the foresaken triangle offense. this for sure will open things up more for curry and crawford. dropping that offense is a good idea- the bulls roster has a lot of youth and athleticism and it was going to waste with the slow down game that was played when cartwright was around.

it's only one game but it was important for the bulls to respond like they did tonite. cartwright's firing was a wake up call for them and they definitely needed to end their losing streak.

andrew, lighten up! we had to get rid of the cancer, rose. in the nba, teams make trades for different reasons. i don't know about you, but i'd rather have a good defensive team with a shaky offense without a cancer then a bad defensive team with a shaky offense with a cancer.
Jump.
Scott Skiles answer to the question on how Eddy Curry can become a better rebounder

True. It's a shame we couldn't trade him for KG in the offseason.
