thanks for your suggestions vhan, I have made several versions like you suggested, but I didn't make him an open mouth version. Personally was never a fan of it, but I did gave him the in-game expression to make up for it though.

Have anyone notice that the number of users browsing this forum have decreased sharply? I'm going to take a wild stab that it's because the release of Live 09 and 2k9. As I'm speaking, one or more users are switching to 2k9 permanently. It's quite sad to see this forum so quiet when it used to be so lively and cheerful. Anywho, I will still patch 08, and here is an update on Vinsanity.

Major tweaks/adjustments:

- Better blending on the bhed
- Reduces the shine on the face
- Give him a crease at the back of his head
- Make his beard a tad darker
- Gave him two more looks as can be seen above, all based from his in-game expressions
- Renew little details such as nostrils, wrinkles and eye shadows
- New mouthshape and postures


Release date apparently should be before Diaw, having some difficulties on his freaking headband.

I'm having some difficulties on Diaw's headband, but I should get that sorted out in a couple of days. As for the Rockets pack, I will recieve their media day photo from this year on Sunday. After that I'll see if I can improve the pack with the new pics, then the release shoud follow in a week or so. Please bear with me for a little longer.

thanks vhan, but Carter is not naturally bald. That means if he doesn't shave his head he will still have hairs. Therefore I wont fix his head textures because it looks real to have it a little bit darker than the rest of his face since his very very short hair ought to make his head a bit dark. Besides, pictures of his head is very rare to find too.

I realised it's been a while since I was last active here in my thread. Well, actually a big while.

I'm also aware of the fact that I broke my promise, that I will release the long waited Houston Pack as well as Diaw and Carter. I'm terribly sorry about not being able to keep my promise, but believe you me, I've been terribly busy as well. Without any furthur delay, I will release all of my unreleased patches later today, along with a brand new cyberface that I haven't shown a preview of yet.

I dont know if anyone is still browsing this forum, not even to mention this thread. But I will release all of my unreleased patches anyway incase someone might still be interested.

heyyyy i have a request, after you have free time or anything, can you please update the players.dbf file in your EA 1.5 to fit the current rosters (andrew's) please... i would so appreciate it cause i love your playeres.dbf file cause somehow the shooting is a lot easier than andrews and the fact that yours has so many more sigshots (dwyane wade, etc) and your players.dbf is rather weird cause it puts chalmers at like 6ft10.. lol he's super tall and everything and yea... everything else is g and all.. or if you dont have the time, can you teach me how to do it on db commander 2000? maybe some pictures too IF it's not too much trouble, if you don't want to or if you're too lazy then it's all good i'll just have to learn how to adjust and adapt

Thank you to everyone who shown interest in my patches, eventhough I broke my promise, again. You guys gave me a vivid motivation to continue with Live 08. Eventhough I broke my promise again by not releasing all of my unreleased patches, I really appreciate the support that all of you had given me.

What happen was my dad took the laptop that has all of my patches to work, that is the reason why I wasn't able to release them as I promised. Please accept my apologies, what happened was very unfortunate. I will have my laptop back tomorrow evening, and I will release all of them along with something I prepared for you. A "surprise" patch for all of you to show my token of appreciation.

My deepest apologies to all of you, and I hope we can look forward to the time when I get my laptop back together.
