Edit CPU Playing time

Is it possible to change the playing time for CPU teams in dynasty mode? The CPU often does a terrible job of allocating realistic playing time. I tried changing the ISHUMAN field in teams.dbf. You can go in and control the team but when you change the playing/starting percentage it just defaults back to what the cpu had. Any comments are welcome

No one's figured out a way thus far, aside from lowering Fatigue ratings to encourage more substitutions. The method you tried is probably the most straightforward solution but as you noted, it doesn't work.
