Ahh, so I see he's been eating like that as long as he remembers. Jao, you're never going to see actual results on just WiiFit alone. You can eat awesome and delicious foods, eat lots of them, and still lose weight. Break up those 3 meals a day to 6 meals a day (those 3 big ones will be 6 smaller ones), and avoid those junk food crap like Pop Tarts and replace it with cereal, or toast and eggs, and I'm sure you would enjoy those kinds of food. Read up on nutrition, change your eating ways, and with WiiFit, you're guaranteed to lose weight on a consistent basis.
