have any of you guys considered the reason for his weight fluctuation up & down from day-to-day is the amount of water that his body is retaining....to me, seems like a major reason for it....second reason is probably as Jao metioned, the quality of the balance board as a scale....

Hi, I'm right here, you can talk to me too. And no, I will not be drinking anything else besides water, I've gone ~ 14 years into my life by only drinking it and I plan to keep it that way.

Go to a gym already and get a personal trainer. Sitting at 290 is not good for your knees, bruh. You need to get down to a NBA sg weight, like 215.
