when will the Atl jersey be ready for down load for 2006

There aren't any release dates set for NBA Live PC just yet as it's in the early stages of development, though it's up to the individual contributors whether they make any work available before everything is compiled.

In the case of teams like the Hawks and Sixers, are the new jerseys going to replace the default 2005/2006 files or will those be additional files that will require new entries in teamgear.dbf? My vote would go to replacing the default files so that the new designs are used in Edit Player and the Player Development screen but of course anyone who wants to go back to using NBA Live 06 to play the 2005/2006 season would have to manually restore the original art. I suppose we could always include a file that did that for them.

Absolutely, that's no problem. However, if the new Hawks jerseys overwrite the default .viv then that's going to be unsuitable for anyone who wishes to go back to 05/06 rosters unless they restore the original file or don't mind the anachronism.

c0nr4d, As I look carefully at your Boston's away uniform I can see something strange in the shorts... The fron seems to have two or three different textures mixed.

The area with NBA logo has big mesh holes and they get smaller upwards. What's with that? I'm sure you've got the same texture all over the shorts. Something to do with lighting? 'Cause the shorts really look kinda weird.

There's a similar area in the jersey, just under the right elbow (back of the jersey). Right off of the number 3.

No other jersey seems to have these areas.

I know what you are talking about Kremsku, but it's not his texture. I think it's the texture filtering. He needs to turn on/up the anisotropic filtering in the graphic settings.

When do you believe you should release these high-res jerseys ?

I have a complaint: those are fucking nice.

these do look nice, but could you show use a distanced preview, no to far but a preview where your view isn't so close because I believe these jerseys will look "Blurry" if people computer is at resolutions like "800x600", "720x456", and I think "1024x768". Most people computers these days with higher resolutions should be fine such as me {1280x800 HD, } but for those who have out dated screens may want to check this out before getting excited!

even if that is the case DVocPMG, when they zoom in in replay mode they will see all the fine details

yeah but only in replays but when actually playing and going down the court it may look like the player's jersey in your signature almost, JaoSming

Does anybody actually know the resolution of "NEXT-GEN" jerseys or do they even use the same type of jersey format that use resolution??

No, it's not 2048x2048. It's actually several different textures put together. Not one like the currentgen. It's close to 2048x2048. I believe it may be 1792x1792.
