The plays has nothing to do with the hold the ball longer it has something to do with the aiact i am still trying to find the right values in the assignement.act so that i can fix that issue

is it me or is it suppose to be hard to score jumpshots
because i tried individual pratices with carmelo, james and kobe
and still manage to only score 40% of the time...
in the game their jumpshots go in around 20% of the time...

Hey Kris!
I have another query. Have you ever released an AIACT that has the realistic shooting animations without the fancy dunks and fancy assists?
I think that's what I'm looking for.
See, if i'm using your non-fancy AIACT : The shots looks so unrealistic/old. Like they were not patched to match the real-life counterparts.
In your fancy AIACT : The shots looks so realistic/new. Please do release your next AIACT with this setup. I'm sure everyone will like it.

I have already finished editing the aiact and gues what? hahahah the outcome was great ill just give the rosters to ckal and flip and maek for testing purposes..

this game is gettin so much fun thanks to u kris. imo 08 is better than 07. tha gameplay and graphics is better. im thinkin of uninstallin 07. why have both?

Nope i havent tried it yet but you can edit it i mean you can use other players free throw ritual by copying their freethrow ritual number and applying it to the other player..

Kris excellent job on the aiact, i was actually wondering about a few things you could do for the next aiact you release. I noticed that the fancy dunks are being performed
very close to the basket, often when there is lots of traffic in the paint. Sometimes a player like kobe or carmelo will perform a behind the back dunk or a bounce catch dunk when theres 3 players from the opposing team around them. Is there a way to make them perform quick two-hand lay-ups or dunks when the paint is so congested? Maybe you did this because if you make them perform regular layups the computer blocks it too often? I don't know how you did the aiact so i dont know how easy it would be to change some of the flashy moves to regular ones. When I use ur non fancy aiact, the starting area where you can perform lay-ups and dunks is back to default, and if you try to start a layup at the top of the key you perform that crappy move which ends in a missed basket everytime. Don't get me wrong this is one of the best aiacts i have ever played with, and having these fancy dunks ect is nice when its just me on the open court. But when other players are around ect, it would be nice to have a realistic move in the paint. Other than that I really like the two step lay-up and dunks that start at the top of the key, this is by far one of the best improvements i have seen with this game hands down. I hated trying for lay-ups and doing that ugly crappy move!!!

i still find that the SGPF was and is the best.. CKal, ur updates are fine and made the aiact 4.0 much better, but some how the 4.0 messed up my nba and i got back the lousy fastbreak stop bug, pluss the AI seems to be quite random and unorganaised, don't know why..
CKal - one thing when playing LAL-SAS: only 1 block for 7min... would love to see much more!

Kris, that beta was great. Much better defense for both sides. I don't really know about basketball plays, but I do think that the CPU is playing way more strategically.
I quitted my game at 3rd quarter, because I was trailing, and the CPU-controlled VC was hitting 60% - only 6 of they were in the paint - all others are jumpshots.
That is a huge improvement - the score is high because they are hitting too much, not because they are shooting too much. A simple slider will solve the problem.
I'm lowering the CPU Shooting sliders, and when I have time, I'll play another game.
As for the rosters, stuffs that needs fixing, would be the whole Rockets team's FT. Scola - 78

? Battier - 68

? Other than that, another brilliant job here.

when kris released his fix, i will start dynasty and wont delete anymore. i keep quitting my dynasty cuz of new releases hehe. hopefully there wont be players that dunk alot lyke iverson or chris paul. my cuzzin was cryin when i use nlcs roster and chris paul dunk alot so i lowered his dunk rating.
