Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

Hi to all!
In older versions, I played versus my friends in the same PC, trough the same keyboard. Simply, in the "Select teams" screen, we could put a keyboard to each team, but with the NBA Live 2007 I only see one keyboard in the "Select teams" screen.
Is there any way to play "User vs. User" through the same keyboard (different key combinations, logicly) with the NBA Live 2007?
Thank you very much in advance.

I don't think that option has been available for a few years now.

NBA Live 96, 97, 98, 99, 2000 and 2001, sure. With newer versions, I haven't try, but I have played with the same keyboard versus my friends with older versions. I don't know why EA Sports have taken off this option.

My guess is that with the rise in popularity of PC controllers (specifically gamepads rather than joysticks) and in particular NBA Live's reliance on dual analog gamepads for the best performance, it's an old controller method that's been phased out.

Tecnically, you can play a 1-machine 2 player game, but not without a controller.
I was using the Keyboard, my friend was using a Controller. I think that was NBA Live 2004 and 2005. I haven't tried it on 06, 07 nor on 08.

That's still possible in the recent releases as well, but the old method of two players on one keyboard is no longer an option.
