Cannot play online with the pc-version!

Yesterday i bought NBA live 2003. I wanted to play online, so i tried to register at ea. But then comes an error message, which tells me: "Your registration code is not correct". What can i do? Is there another way to play online? Do i really need to register when i want to play in an online league, such as hoopscitylive?

yes you need to as far as i know....dont worry man...you can let the truth out...theres more than just you who cant play online with thier serial numbers.....because of the .bin or iso of the game that you downloaded.......if not then you truly need to call the 1-800 number on the back of the box and talk to a tech support person and have them verify the code.......did you buy it used?
