What you can tweak is that either the USER Team runs back on defence faster after a missed shot or that the CPU team slows down after they grab the missed shot.

P.S. The PG does not touch the ball in this sequence so i don't believe it has to do with the PG quickness rating

a lot of teams have zone defense on default just call man to man then defense will change hence slows down fast-break. think of the game as real life basket ball.
a lot of "pg domination, pf domination" people complain about can be solved if u simply play good D and change the plays a couple times. just like real basketball. although im not saying the game is not bugged
