pc version of live 07

I'm not familiar with playing the game online but, i was thinking of getting live 07 for the pc and i was wondering if i can play the pc version on any computer. Although i really don't play it i just do simulation. And are they selling live 07 at any stores because i've been to toys r us and walmart and i couldn't find it for the playstation 2. The only place where i found out that you could buy it is online but i don't have a credit card. Could you tell me if any store and if so which store sells live 07? Because live 08 has been disappointing to me for the playstation 2.

You might find it second hand somewhere or it might be discounted as a clearance item somewhere. Otherwise, eBay and Amazon would be the best bet.
