Talk about NBA Live 08 here.

yup thats what i am doing now bro trying to make the teams do a stall before making a play cus it seems after a miss shot they go directly to a fastbreak that would lead into a simple score.

As Kris had said, the tuning files are for better substitution but they are from 07. Now, the fatigue is not really working properly for the 07 tuning files. But it can be corrected by :
Fatigue Effect :
Normal - (5-8mins/40-50 gamespeed)
Low - (9-12mins/40-50 gamespeed)
High - (0-4mins/40-50 gamespeed)
Substitution slider :
50 - for all setup
I guess the "suborder" just make things more situational like "player momentum" so he needs to be on the court even if so tired. And if the team doesn't have a back-up PG then the starting PG will play more minutes.
It's quite good for some situations and not so good for some, but generally it's quite okay.
Kris, where can I send you my next fatigue fix?
Mon Dec 31, 2007 2:48 pm
just send it in the pm bro

Kris.... good work really and all of you who did the ILT project.
Happy new year to all!

Hm.. it did sub out the guards for 1.2... but weird that they didnt bring the starters back in the 4th quarter.
im against New Jersey, but they played Marcus Williams, Wright and Jefferson (the only guard starter) in the whole 4th Q.

there is really some problems in the suborder in the tuning bro and i cant really seem to find some ways to fix it the only thing that can fix this substitution issue is EA.

hope EA can now release a fix cus its been awhile that nbalive 08 is released and still there are no fixes that are released

hi guy´s
i downloaded the aiact from the speedyshare link on page one is that file up to date?
becaue i experienced crashes very soon and most times when i´m shooting the ball. did i do someting wrong? because i´m sure it is the aiact file because when i replace it with the original one it work´s without crashes.
please post the link to download version 1.3 or tell me what i´m doning wrong.
keep up the good work i special like the GTM´s you put in!
thank´s in advance
Tue Jan 01, 2008 2:34 am
first and foremost bro i am not the one whos is making those awesome GTM's it is my bro IGNATUS you should give credit to him not me
btw my GAMEPLAYFIX 1.3 is now released in Page 1
Happy NEW Year guys
Tue Jan 01, 2008 2:55 am
Kris, people are experiencing crashes because your aiact now requires the installation of the ILT animation files to work properly. Can you release a version that does not need ILT, meaning it does not contain the sig shots and GTM's? Because there are people who don't like them but still like your aiact.

Still fast break after fast break, it's very boring...

Currently the best gameplay fix still is Jimmy's beta, but damn it's not compatible with ILT...
Happy new year everyone!!
Tue Jan 01, 2008 3:42 am
i agree with spaky about the fast breaks,
imo cpu needs to use a bit more the 24 seconds that they have instead of runing to the other basket.
another thing to fix is player offensive rebounds, there are too much, u have to change that in the sliders.
anyway the gameplay is much better than the others versions, in this one i notice cpu passing the ball a lot and pg doesnt stay bouncing the ball anymore
Tue Jan 01, 2008 10:16 am
ok ill release the version with the no ILT modifications in it.and btw that fastbreak bug seems to be located in the loco.act if i could just adjust that file right there then i think i could lessen up that fast breaks

So is there a file that can keep the stars on court at the end of tight games?

here is the no ILT modification aiact ive also adjusted some values to lessen up that fastbreaks i cannot guarantee you that this fixes that too much fastbreaks but it does lessen it up a bit. so here it is

Tue Jan 01, 2008 9:45 pm
Yes! Is good, but no sig shots!

I hope you will release aciat.viv with ILT modification!

I'm not sure if the tuning files makes the substitution more complicated. It's just that it's more situational.

Tnx for this patch kris....

This gameplay fix crashes my game when i pass the ball to Paul pierce in my team and he wants to take a shot.
He gets to his shooting motion by putting the ball over his head and then it crashes.
Removing your gameplayfix fixes it.
So it is definetly a bug in the aiact.viv

End of game situations is really the only problem left in the game. Stars should be in the game at the end and they should be the ones taking the shots. If this can be done everything would be perfect.

Read the posts bro. That's why Kris released a no ILT version. Use the link on this page and you'll be fine.
