Speed up Training and Stat Boost

I've been training Kevin Martin with two assistants non stop for almost two seasons now and he really hasn't improved all that much. How can I get faster?

A player's development depends on their work ethic, learning and CAREERPKG attributes. If you're playing the PC version you can edit those values by modifying the players.dbf file with a program such as DB Commander.
