ppjoy help!

i downloaded ppjoy and turn off all anti-virus programs. but when i click on the installer, it shows a "windows cannot access the specified file..."

i know the solution to this is to right click the program and go to properties and click unblock, but i see no unblock button! i've tried different browsers and still nothing!

help please
