first championship!

I won my first championship in the second year of my dynasty. After an indifferent first season (41-41), my team (Denver Nuggets) were first overall in the standings. Awards I won in the season:

Best Coach: George Karl
Defensive Player: Kenyon Martin
6th Man: Christopher Iwanaka (some 7'4 rookie I picked up in the draft)
Playoffs MVP: Carmello Anthony
All Star MVP: Kenyon Martin
NBA First Team: Kenyon Martin
NBA Second Team: Marcus Camby
NBA First Defensive Team: Kenyon Martin, Andre Miller
First Rookie Team: Mario Respert
3pt Competition Winner: Carmello Anthony

...has anyone picked up the most improved player award? If so, who with? It seems like it'd be a hard one to get

Congrats, it sounds like it was quite a memorable season. I can't remember ever winning the MIP with one of my players in a Dynasty or Franchise game, though I have felt cheated out of some awards an All-NBA selections in years gone by.

I won it for a second year in a row and I got the MVP AND the MIP award with Kenyon Martin... but I've since switched to Milwaukee and I now have my word cut out for me

my best starting 5 are:

C: Andrew Bogut
PF: Antoine Walker
SF: Lamar Odom
SG: Allen Mayberry (random rookie)
PG: Andre Miller

currently Antoine Walker and Andre Miller are injured, so Sarunus Jaskivicious (sp?) is my PG and Zaza Patulia (sp again?) is my PF. I traded Michael Redd for Antoine Walker, because my style of play is very much centred around the big men in the paint.
