you gotta stop resizing your previews and making them bigger. Just zoom in really closein practice mode to take high quality large screens.

looks ok; but dont make 3x texture. For 3x texture you need very very high detailed pics. 2x texture is enough;)

Fix the nose and make the facial hair more realistic. Maybe ask Glen (via pm) if you can use his headshape.
