Fail to load NBA live 2003.

Hi I am using Windows 2000 on IBM machine T22 (P3 896 MHz, 256 RAM)
After installation, I double-click NBA Live 2003 icon , something is running for a few sec, then it goes back to desktop.

DirectX 8 has been installed.

I looked at sys properties -> The machine contains S3 Graphics Inc Savage IX Display Driver.

Can someone tell me why it fails to load NBA live 2003?
(If you are using similar machine, let me know if it works for you or not)

that's is my problem too... i can't load Nba live in my PC...

thats also my problem, does this game dont support pc's with 3dfx cards???????
i know that my card can handle the graphics, its that nvidia did their pirating tactics again......

any one can help me?????

why does NVidia "suck"? is 3dfx supposed to be better or something? :oops:

F.Y.I...., nvidia only bought technology from 3dfx when the company closed.....

if this didn't happen..,, 3dfx will surely be the one and the best when it comes to technology, nvidia will only be a second rate card maker......

the reason nvidia leads nw is bcoz they have no competitors, monopolizing the card market......
