Dynasty Mode: Rookies - Head texture question

In dynasty mode, some of the computer-generated rookies (not all) have a weird black stripe running down the back of their necks (as if the texture didn't wrap all the way around)

I'm running Live 06 on a tablet PC with a vid card that isn't the greatest; but I only notice this weird glitch on some of the rookies, not all

Is this a video card prob or is there a patch that fixes this?

btw, tried playing Live 07 for a while and was horrified by the experience (luckily it was a gift from a friend and I didn't drop any cash for it); after being completely flustered by it's overly-complicated-for-no-reason Dynasty Mode and horrible AI/gameplay, I switched back - ahhh! great to have Live 06 installed and running again

I'd say it's a video card issue, updating to the latest drivers might help. Apart from that there's no available fix.

yeah like i mentioned, i'm running the game on a Toshiba tablet PC which has a crap vid card (Intel 82852/82855 Extreme Graphics 2 for Mobile) since i'm on the go a lot but like to coach/sim games in Dynasty mode in spare time; here's a pic of exactly what i'm mean:



i would write it off as the vid card normally since i sometimes get some flicker of certain things during games even with all graphics details set as low as possible (logos/decals on floor for example)

but this weird 'black stripe' thing seems to occur only on some - not all - of the random generated rookies which is the weird thing; most other guys are fine which makes me think maybe it's not the card; it's never predictable who gets it

normally i wouldn't mind but it sucks when the next Shaq is generated and unfortunately he's got this black stripe and it bugs me so much i can't bring myself to draft him

also tried looking for vid card/driver updates but none avail; anyway thx again
