you can convert the prev of the bhed into a fsh by using fshx but you also need to make the prev in to bmp before importing it in fshx and just download the headshape files

Might I ask A_NuKe, how do you do your cf's. I just noticed from that shot on the preview it looks like Hibachi has a symmetric face. The only thing that didn't make it look completely symmetric is the protruding chin on the right side of his face.
