You need to work on your hops because it looks like you need a big running start to do that.

Be careful, man. Dunking is fun, but you don't want to over do it. Just keep jumping as high as you can on layups and dunks and eventually you will be getting a little higher. It just looks as if your straining to get that one handed dunk, especialy in the other video where your friend helped catch you. Ever try dunking off of two feet?
