Which roster patche is NEVER tweaked?

Hi all,

There are 3 roster patches available on this web site. Does anyone know which one is the patch for MOST UPDATED ROSTER only?

I need a roster that is NEVER tweaked, with all the default values from EA but just update each player in the teams.

i believe hoopscity released a roster patch that just updated the lineups of the teams. they did not change any player ratings...
