for the 07-08 draft patch.. are there tattoos for the players? cuz mine doesnt have em. just checking thx.

someone told me the apprearance.bat = draft.bat

i did install the draft.bat but i didnt do it right after the training camp.

but elbeen.. is it supposed to come with tattoos?
