IMO you should keep the bags under his eyes if not exaggerate them more.
 Arget, i totally won't get rid of the bags/details on the face of gil because it would make him to mannequin-ish/generic, look at ea's version of gil and you'll see what i'm talking about, that goes to all the other new school patchers or planning to be patchers also reading this thread, you should also note that tip as well...
