In order to see this All Star court you will have to play the All Star game thru the game mode of All Star weekend. There are 7 different court files for the different All Star events. Kenkaian only made the All Star court that pertains to All Star Weekend, "NBA All Star Game". You will not see this All Star court if you play exhibition game with All Star players. Also this court will not show up for Rookie/Sophomore game, 3Point Contest, Dunk Contest, Dynasty All Star game, etc...

actually, for me it worked for rookies challenge and all-star weekend, in 2005 that is. but idk about dunk contest, 3pt contest and dynasty all-star game, etc. yet
edit: just for fun on the all-star court, you should put a picture of the dwight howard sticker on the backboard somewhere on the top corner

Yes I know, but I can't get the court to show up even in the All-Star Game itself.

Unfortunately yes, hosting mirrors without permission of the original patch maker is against the rules. and since Kenkaian previously stated that he didn't want people to rehost it anywhere else .... you catch my drift
