Why Are My Cyberfaces Crappy/Shiny?

Here's the BHED..IT'S not finished, and I know it's really bad..
But how come it looks like this..

I have no idea how alpha files work, etc. Because I don't have Live 07, but I was bored tonight and made a Reggie bush CF. You can use it if you want, but your on your own when it comes to alphas 
All I have to help you out is this Tutorial by RyanP. I havn't tried it myself.
Heres the bhed:
And here are some previews in Live 2005:
Just save the bhed and import it, do whatever you need to do alpha wise to get rid of the shine, then extract "anmcdyeB.ebo" from the SGSM/Player/plyrlodb.viv file and rename it to REBUSH_B.ebo. Chuck it in your SGSM and your good to go. Good luck.
Antonio McDyess's headshape was the best looking one out of a long list. I tried making a custom headshape but I'm no Glen

no need in alphas! u could blend the pic to 15-20 % and it'll be AWESOME!

i dont know if you could get rid of the shine that way.(coz i havent tried it)
anyway here's a tutorial for removing shine on CF's by pdub.
