I think the cut coulda been done a little better and it also looks a bit stretched from the screenshot. Other than that its lookin good.

Very nice work.

If you want to make it so the players, etc, aren't squashed, resize the 512x512 image to 640x480 in photoshop. After you are done editing, resize back to 512x512 and save. Then it won't look squashed when you start the game.
