Toronto Raptors & DB Commander fill-ins

I know the Raptors '95 Jerseys are in the game as well as some others but cannot get them into the game... I found a couple of users who put lines into DB Commander but I'm a newbie at this and do not want to have to reinstall.... Can anyone give me a hand on this??? Thanks

I guess installing Andrew's rosters enables the jersey among others??

I did download the roster updates and the jerseys still weren't entered in. I did however figure it out through DB Commander and now I have unlocked every jersey EXCEPT the Milwaukee Bucks alternate jersey. No matter how hard I try, can't make it hap.... Any suggestions??? The file itself was only in the uniform folder and not doubled in the unihalf folder like the rest of the jerseys....
