How to make rumble pad work

I have a logitech wireless and wired rumlbe pad remote for my laptop pc however I dont get any rumble sensation in both remotes while playing, is there any sollution for this.

As far as I know NBA Live 06 doesn't support the vibration feature in any PC gamepads.
