Stupid Crashing (DBF problem i think)

I want to start a new dynasty with Miami Heat. And then I choose my team, then I hire al coaches, trainers, etc. and I want to simulate first day of season (because I don't have match in that day) and then it craches my game to desktop with 3 errors First one is:



Then I click OK it shows second error:



Then I click OK again it shows the last error:



And after the last error my game is quited

And what should I do to play new dynasty? Please, help!

in my opinion this is rosters problem, because i also had problems with dinasty, when played nba live 06, but when i installed new rosters all issues were solved.
