Can't Start a Dynasty

Well, i've finally went to go start a Dynasty and i'm using the Raptors. I can do everything up to Training Camp. When I click on the first day of training camp NBA Live will either shut down, my computer may shut down, or NBA Live will freeze and something that says "Code Error" will pop up. There isn't a problem when i sign staff, just when i get into training camp. I can't get past there.

And it isn't only the Raps, I tried other teams as well and used different options for the Dynasty Mode. Each time, same result.

Alright, i tried starting a dynasty again last night, this time i used the Raptors, but i did a fantasy draft. It worked. So maybe it only is the Raptors... Maybe it is some corrupted player file. Who knows? I am using Edguardo's Roster Update but i don't think that is the reason i can't start a dynasty mode with the Raps unless there is one player on the team who has a corrupted file, I dunno', but it's frustrating me.

Oh, my computer specs are fine, NBA Live can run perfectly on it, it's just this Dynasty thing that's bothering me.

I get this all the time. Are you using an updated roster?


I've never gotten to find out what the problem is, but yeah. Same thing with the dynasty draft and everything. It sucks.

The only thing I can tell you to help you is if you're using an updated roster, what I ddi and it worked was I re-installed the game fresh, and re-installed my roster file. And it worked.

Thing is, I just had this happen to me 2 days ago, and the roster I was using was August. So lots has changes since then.

If anyone has an info to help on why this is happening...

Does the Code Error mention the name of a specific .dbf file? Those crashes at the beginning of Dynasty Mode seem to involve birthstate.dbf and birthtown.dbf a lot of the time, which can usually be solved by placing a copy of the original birthstate.dbf and birthtown.dbf files in the roster save folder. Also make sure that you have original dbfs in all the database folders (workingdb, currentdb, originaldb, etc).

same thing is happening to me , but no error message comes up it just shuts down and windows tells me a problem occured and it has to shut down.

and i tried doing fantasy draft. same thing happens!
