How to use??

Use a DBF editor like CDBF or DB commander to open teams.dbf in your save and put the number in the above list in the field "DPMAIN"

e.g. I put 25 in DPMAIN, then that team will use Double team as the default defensive strategy

it is for teams.dbf which use these for the main def strategy

then what number is the auto switch? and where in the teams.dbf do i put them? or is it already a default that all teams have?
