Necktype bug fix, Celtics memorial patch update

I uploaded a fix for the necktype bug as well as added the Auerbach patch to the Celtics home, road, and alternate jerseys.

See Tony Allen in the top pic? That's what it looks like without the fix.

See Jefferson and Pierce below? Pierce's jersey would look like Allen's if not for the fix.

The patch consists of an edited plyrgeo.viv as well as an updated dbf.
