may have a slightly delay
It is because:
1).THe admin of NLC-S helped me a lot and find out ways to fix the magnetic effect of rebounding
Then I will also fix/improve:
2.) Player will jump to the sky to block a layup, as well as reducing the MATRIX like effect when blocking
3). Possible Shooting foul improvement
4). Shooting block count (As the game only focus on layup/dunk blocks)
5). Avoid modifying AIACT.VIV that will lose team play strategy as modifying this file just FORCE the players in game to pass pass and pass and shoot, it isn't the base and the right way to fix the game (but adding some new animations are always great!)
6).And so I also need time to remap every team's strategy to make more inside players
CURRENT PROGRESS: I am focusing on fixing the team that use PF or C to be the main scorers. The game itself will not use "score CENTER" to score but now I have fixed that. So, please be patient! Merry X'mas and Happy New Year

Sorry the fix come so late: here is the fix!
SUPERSTAR LEVEL, CPU ASSISTANT OFF
This fix
1). The PG domination problem
2). Realistic/Smoother Gameplay
3). Everyteam's main player score a lot
4). Realistic team strategy in everyteam(cpu/User)
5). Realistic Defensive play in team
6). Shooting block improvement (As the game only focus on layup/dunk blocks)
7). C/PF will much more aggressively to get the ball
8). Fixed the "magnetic effect" of rebounding (credit to admin of NLC-S)
9). Player will NOT jump to the sky to block a layup, as well as reducing the MATRIX like effect when blocking
10). Shooting foul
11). Avoid modifying AIACT.VIV that will lose team play strategy as modifying this file just FORCE the players in game to pass pass and pass and shoot, it isn't the base
and the right way to fix the game (but adding some new animations are always great!)
12).And some minor fixes/improvements
Try one game first after you installed the patch correctly and during in game, adjust the game speed , dunk, layup, short, med, long shots % if needed, and keep most
other settings expecially rebounding and some effectiveness settings
the slider values may not realistic but such slider values did make the game realistic
Read the instruction.txt before you install
go to page 1

little advantage only, the PG at least will try to stop at the top of the 3pt line
is there anything that we need to back up before we execute the .exe files?just incase that we need to revert our old settings (or files) back.
setting.dat
and the aiact are backup automatically in gamedir\ai\actpc\

In that case, I'm not sure if I downloaded your patch correctly, because my sliders are the same as before. It's unchanged.
